UAE – Mubasher: Emirates Flight Catering (EKFC) and US-based Cuisine Solutions (CSI) have signed an agreement to launch a joint venture to distribute sous vide products, under the name of Emirates Cuisine Solutions, according to Arabian Airspace website.

The second phase of the joint venture includes the building of the world’s largest halal sous vide manufacturing facility in Dubai, the website reported on Tuesday. 

“Our partnership with Cuisine Solutions, a well-recognised and trustworthy brand in the culinary world, allows us to grow as a business and provide top quality products to the hospitality industry,” EKFC’s CEO, Saeed Mohammed, commented.

Emirates Cuisine Solutions is set to start the distribution of its quality sous vide products to airlines, restaurateurs and hospitality providers, in the UAE in September 2019, while the food manufacturing facility is projected to be operational in 2022.

“Our joint venture will encompass the entire GCC / Africa region.
